Situated on a 16 acre site in stunning Northumbrian countryside, this traditional country estate nestles in existing woodland, ensuring seclusion and privacy for guests. Sensitive landscaping of the site will include two habitat lakes and a moat around the leisure facility.

Eco-aware visitors can rest assured that the entire development has been designed to achieve a zero carbon rating, using initiatives such as a biomass boiler, solar thermal water heating, rainwater harvesting and robust waste management strategies.

The design of the chalets is contemporary, using traditional materials, locally sourced, such as timber, stone, slate and turf and sedum-type roofs. Both the design and finish of the accommodation will be to the highest standards.
